I am a journalist interested in political systems and their effects on local communities. I am studying political science alongside journalism, which helps me to better understand the institutions and structures that shape our lives. I have experience covering a wide range of issues, from hyperlocal to international. My studies in international relations help me to both understand and localize global and national events. I also have experience with many forms of writing, from accountability journalism to political analysis and commentary.
